2025-2026 Annual EEO Public File Report
The Purpose of this EEO Public File Report (“Report”) is to comply with Section 73.2080(c)(6) of the FCC’s EEO Rule. This report has been prepared on behalf of the Station Employment Unit that is comprised of the following station(s): KAJN-FM, Crowley, Louisiana; KAJN-CD, Lafayette, Louisiana; KAGN-CD, Crowley, Louisiana; and KFAM-CD, Lake Charles, Louisiana, and is required to be placed in the public inspection file of those stations, and posted on their websites, if they have websites.
The information contained in this Report covers the time period beginning February 1, 2023 – January 31, 2024 (the “Applicable Period”).
The FCC’s 2002 EEO Rule requires that this report contain the following information:
1. A list of all full-time vacancies filled by the Station(s) comprising the Station Employment Unit during the Applicable Period;
2. For each vacancy, the recruitment source(s) utilized to fill the vacancy (including, if Applicable, organizations entitled to notification pursuant to Section 73.2080(c)(1)(ii) of the EEO Rule, which should be separately identified), identified by name, address, contact person and telephone number;
3. The recruitment source that referred the hire for each full-time vacancy during the Applicable Period;
4. Data reflecting the total number of person interviewed for full-time vacancies During the Applicable Period and the total number of interviewees referred by Each recruitment source utilized in connection with such vacancies; and
5. A list and brief description of the initiatives undertaken pursuant to Section 73.2080(c) of the FCC rules.
Appendices 1, 2, and 3 have been designed, in the aggregate, to provide the required Information. For purpose of the Report, a vacancy was deemed “filled” not when the offer was extended, but when the hiree accepted the job offer. A person was deemed “interviewed” whether he or she was interviewed in person or over the telephone.

Section 3: Supplemental (Non-Vacancy Specific) Recruitment Activities Undertaken
Events with educational institutions:
1. Tiffany Richard, host of KAJN Talk, a station locally produced program that airs Monday – Thursday from 10:00 to 10:15 p.m., met with representatives of TMM Project including six youth from Eunice High School and Creswell Middle School. The visitors toured the station and observed its operation, learned about different job positions and responsibilities in it, and were recorded for a segment of KAJN Talk in which they discussed the TMM Project’s art outreach initiative focused on empowering youth through hip-hop dance, spoken word, and creative expression. (December 17, 2025).
2. Tiffany Richard met with Sara Cohen of Youngsville Community Church and three youth. The visitors toured the station and observed its operation, learned about different job positions and responsibilities in it, and were recorded for a segment of KAJN Talk in which they discussed the YCC Youth Patch Day event. (October 9, 2025).
On-air Support for Job Fairs:
3. Tiffany Richard highlighted the upcoming return to the Cajundome of the Lafayette Economic Development Area’s Job Fair, the largest recruitment event in Acadiana, during the KAJN Talk program. (April 14, 2025).
4. Tiffany Richard interviewed Paul Ganucheau about the Lafayette State University Eunice Vet Fest Event focusing on benefits and employment for military veterans. (July 1, 2025).
Community Outreach – Engaging community members where they gather to raise awareness of the work of the stations and the potential for employment in the broadcasting industry and respond to questions about how the stations operate and the skills needed in the industry:
5. Sounds of Heaven Concert – Sounds of Heaven Concert featuring Danny Gokey and Tasha Layton, sponsored by KAJN Radio. Craig Thompson manned the KAJN Information Table. (April 11, 2025).
6. Mac Powell Concert, De Ridder, Louisiana – Tiffany Richard, host of KAJN Talk, manned the KAJN Information Table. (April 13, 2025).
7. Zach Williams Concert – Craig Thompson and Janet Thompson manned the KAJN Information Table. (September 19, 2025).
8. Tiffany Richard represented the stations at the Acadia Youth Summit Parade and Day event. (March 13, 2025) and manned the Kajn booth.
9. Tiffany Richard and Karen Walker represented the stations at the Beauty for Ashes Women’s Ministry 5K Event. Tiffany Richard ran in the 5K. (March 29, 2025) and manned the Kajn station outside while greetings people.
10. Tiffany Richard represented the stations at the Rayne Building and Loan Outreach in Rayne, Louisiana. (July 10, 2025).
11. Tiffany Richard represented the stations at the Rayne Take Back the Night Domestic Violence Event. (October 7, 2025).
12. Tiffany Richard and Destiny Thompson represented the stations delivering toys to families in need in the community. (December 5, 2025).
