WHEN POLICE WENT TO ARREST FORTY-SIX-YEAR-OLD SALLY CHAVIS, SHE BARRICADED HERSELF IN AND THE OFFICERS CONDUCTED A FORCED ENTRY TO TAKE HER INTO CUSTODY. AUTHORITIES SAY CHAVIS HAS MENTAL ISSUES AND HAS BECOME VIOLENT BEFORE LEADING TO SEVERAL ARRESTS BY CHURCH POINT POLICE.
